‘Cé Thusa agus Carb As Thú … Who Are You and Where are You From?’

The chattering classes seem to have just recently happened on what they call ‘Crowd Funding’. But in the GAA it’s underpinned our existences across the generations.

Our new Hub at Gortacladdy is no different, with the bulk of its funding coming from people in Kildress, from every part of Gaelic Tyrone, from every County in Ireland and even from right around the world.

To celebrate and mark that massive support, we’re going to include a special feature at Gortacladdy. It’s simple but very significant – a stone from every townland in Kildress, one from every Gaelic Club ground in Tyrone and one from a major GAA venue in every County in Ireland.

All have been hand-collected and are totally authentic.

And we’re still thinking of an important location or two to add in. At the minute our position is:
