Kildress were visitors to Fintona on Sunday in the latest round of ACL Division two. Fintona got off to a good start and led by three before Kildress got on the score sheet. By half-time it was all square at six points each.

The Tones did get a much-needed boost early in the second half when substitute Shea Loughran found the net with his first touch to give them a two-point lead. Kildress failed to build on this advantage and missed a number of chances to close the game out and it was Fintona who finished the stronger to claim victory.

Callum Holland, Jack Loughran and Niall Connolly were best in defence, Caolan McNamee and Philip Lennon went through a power of work in the middle third while Shea Quinn and Aidan McAleer worked hard in attack.
